Step 1:

Arrive & Check In

Our opticians will welcome you at the front desk. All patients please have your insurance and medication list. We take various types of insurances including:

  • VSP

  • BCBS

  • Medica

  • Preferred One

  • Aetna

  • Health Partners

  • UCare

  • Medicare

  • Medicaid

If you do not see your insurance listed please contact us! New patients, please have your new patient forms ready or we will happily provide them to you. After you’ve checked in please fill out our brief eye health questionnaire.

Step 2:

Pre Screening

Before your comprehensive eye exam an optician will run some preliminary eye exams. Once these are complete you will meet with the optometrist.

Step 3:

Eye Exam

The doctor will evaluate your vision, answer questions, and determine your vision prescription at this time. We strive to provide a thorough exam to determine any health concerns and provide treatment recommendations.

Shop for Glasses and Contacts

Our experienced opticians are here to help you find the frames, lenses, or contacts that fit your lifestyle. Please don’t forget to ask us about any current promotions we’re running at this time as well.
