Please call to schedule your next appointment.

All visits including frame adjustments are by appointment only.

During Your Visit

Patient Only

Only patients with scheduled appointments are allowed to enter. Exceptions may be made for children and adults requiring assistance.

Mask Required

To comply with state legislation masks are required by patients and staff.

Cleaning & Sanitization

Hand Washing

Staff are required to wash hands regularly throughout the day and after working with a patient.

Sanitization

All surfaces are sanitized with disinfectant after a patient or staff member has used them.
